Terms of Service

"Service" refers to all educational courses, content, platforms, and related services provided by Axiom Labos.

"User," "you," or "your" means any person accessing or using our services.

"Content" includes all text, images, videos, code, materials, and information available through our services.

"Account" refers to the registration required to access certain services.

"We," "us," or "our" refers to Axiom Labos and its affiliates.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

Account Registration: To access certain services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Security: You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

One Account Per Person: Each person may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts may result in suspension or termination of all accounts.

Personal Use: Our services are provided for your personal educational use. You may not use our services for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Course Access: Upon enrollment and payment, you receive limited access to course materials for the duration specified in the course description. Access may be restricted after course completion per our access policies.

Academic Integrity: You must complete all coursework independently unless collaboration is explicitly permitted. Plagiarism, cheating, or academic dishonesty may result in course failure and account termination.

Code of Conduct: You agree to interact respectfully with instructors and other students, participate constructively in discussions, and refrain from disruptive behavior.

Our Content: All course materials, content, trademarks, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Axiom Labos or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials solely for your personal educational purposes.

Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or commercially exploit our content without explicit written permission. Screenshots and recordings of course content are prohibited unless specifically authorized.

Your Submissions: You retain ownership of work you submit for courses. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce your submissions for educational and evaluation purposes.

Copyright Infringement: We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same. If you believe content infringes your copyright, please contact us with detailed information.

Course Fees: Course fees are clearly stated during enrollment. All fees are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise specified. Payment is required before accessing course materials.

Payment Methods: We accept payment methods as displayed during checkout. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all fees incurred.

Refund Policy: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of enrollment and before accessing more than 25% of course content. Refunds are processed within 30 days of approval. Partial refunds are not available for completed courses.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify course fees at any time. Price changes do not affect enrollments already completed but apply to future enrollments.

Failed Payments: If payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend your access until payment is resolved. You remain responsible for any outstanding fees.

Service "As Is": Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Educational Outcomes: We do not provide specific outcomes, employment placement, or salary increases. Educational results depend on individual effort, prior knowledge, and external factors beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axiom Labos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim.

Third-Party Content: We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or content accessed through our platform. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and such parties.

Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to refunds for paid courses, except as provided in our refund policy.

Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited activities, or for other legitimate reasons. We will provide notice when reasonably possible.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access services ceases immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability survive termination.

Data Retention: After termination, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Informal Resolution: If disputes arise, we encourage you to first contact us to seek informal resolution. We will work in good faith to address your concerns.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Arbitration: For disputes that cannot be resolved informally, you agree to binding arbitration in Singapore under the Singapore International Arbitration Centre rules, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings.

Entire Agreement: These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Axiom Labos regarding use of our services.

Severability: If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Invalid provisions will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make them valid and enforceable.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Waivers must be in writing to be effective.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign these terms without restriction.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, or technical failures.
